Jay Ahmed, widely known as “JayManCan,” brings over 25 years of experience in business management, sales, and client relations across healthcare, banking, and insurance. Since joining our team in 2019 as the Business Manager, Jay has played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through streamlined processes and innovative strategies.
By enhancing patient engagement through automation and implementing cost-effective operational improvements, Jay has helped our practice grow and serve more patients with exceptional care.
Jay’s practical, methodical approach is evident in his oversight of projects designed to improve patient care and practice efficiency, such as integrating feedback systems, automating administrative tasks, and refining our patient’s systems. His efforts ensure that our dental practices operate smoothly and profitably, empowering our team to focus on delivering outstanding service.
Outside of work
Beyond the office, Jay is an adventurer at heart. He has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, completed the Manchester Marathon, and cycled from London to Paris—charity challenges that allow him to connect with others and give back to the community.
On weekends, Jay enjoys cycling around Cheshire, often stopping by local cafes for a well-deserved coffee and cake.
