With diverse backgrounds in areas such as finance, healthcare, creative media, and patient support, each team member brings unique expertise that contributes to the success of our practice.
From the leadership team overseeing strategic direction to the support staff ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, everyone plays an essential role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Led by our owner and director, Taufeeq Shah Rauf, we prioritise both clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
Taufeeq’s experience in business and financial management has laid a strong foundation for growth, while his commitment to the community is reflected in our practice’s focus on patient education and health initiatives.
Together, our team works collaboratively to address each patient’s needs, from the moment they step through the door to the completion of their visit.
Our Business Manager Jay Ahmed brings over two decades of management experience and a keen eye for streamlining processes that enhance patient engagement and practice performance.
Our marketing team is led, Michael Withington-Walsh, lending his creative skills to our branding and IT needs, enriching our patient outreach and internal systems.
Clinically our Registered CQC manager Millissa Foote ensures we comply with our regulatory requirements. She focuses her expertise to ensure our team are delivering the highest quality of care.
Area Manager Kay Roberts, with her longstanding dedication and versatility, ensures that our operations run smoothly, while Personal Assistant Sharon Bingham provides invaluable support to the executive team, helping us stay organised and focused on strategic priorities.
